PLASTIC CLOUD—S/T Quality authorized reissue of ’68 Canadian holy grail LP which is unquestionably the country’s best psych effort with fuzz and hallucenogenic attitude. Nice package with original liner notes and press release plus amazing pix. $16 PLEASE—1968–’69 Late-'60s UK pop-sike pre-T2 with phenomenally strong songwriting and pharmaceutical overtones. $18. PLEASE—SEEING STARS 1969 UK psych band post-Flies and pre-Bulldog Breed/T2. Totally different material from 1968–’69, this material was intended to be their LP release which sat on the shelf for three decades. $18. POWDER—BIFF BANG POWDER Astounding 27-track track comp by late '60s California mod outfit. Fans of the Who will eat this up! $16. RINGERS—LET IT BE SAID Definitive 22 track compilation from Los Angeles '60s band with their three 45s (one recorded as the TR-5), unreleased '67/8 gems, and 1970 LP only released in Peru (!). Quintessential melody garage rock at it's finest. $18. ED MOOSE SAVAGE & HIS LITANY OF COMPLAINTS 15-track release from late ’90s of Boston Outsider duo who reminiscent of the Fugs. Ed was leader of the Mudbugs and Siamese Triplets who rocked Boston clubs in the ’70–’80s. $12 SEVENS—S/T Authorized 21-track comp of phenomenal 1965–’66 Swiss garage band. Contains their LP which sells in the 4-figures, 3 singles, plus 3 unreleased tracks. Mostly original material that sounds truly American that lives up to its God-like reputation. Beautiful booklet (in German) with loads of pix + info. $18 SOFT MACHINE—SPACED Previously unreleased 1969 instrumental studio recordings by the trio line-up of Hugh Hopper, Mike Ratledge, and Robert Wyatt originally commissioned for "Spaced," A London multi-media event. Invest now if you like "Interstellar Overdrive." $16. SOFT MACHINE—NOISETTE 10 recently discovered live recordings from the 1970 quintet line-up. Sound quality is superb and includes rare photos & several songs not released on any of their studio albums! $16. SOFT MACHINE—MIDDLE EARTH MASTERS 11 recently discovered vintage cuts from 1967–’68 recorded live at Covent Garden and the Roundhouse. Great studio-type sound and unique selection of early songs from Kevin Ayres, Mike Ratledge, and Robert Wyatt. $16 SPROTON LAYER—WITH MAGNETIC FIELDS DISRUPTED 1970 Michigan psych gem where Syd Barrett meets MC5 meets Sun Ra. Features a very young Roger Miller (pre-Mission of Burma). Can't hype this one enough—now OOP. $16. SUNLIGHT—CREATION OF SUNLIGHT Superb 1968 CA lyte-psych masterpiece like the Association and Strawberry Alarm Clock. CD contains their mega collectable album plus the rare non-LP single. $16 SWAMP RATS—DISCO STILL SUCKS Long-anticipated and essential 12-track collection or savage ’66 Pittsburgh garage punk with with 6 released tracks. This snarls! $14. TOUCH—S/T Back in Stock New superlative reissue of surreal and swiling ’68 psych masterpiece featuring Don (Gallucci) & The Goodtimes on acid and beyond. Pretty much the pinnicle of hallucenogenic thought and sound. Includes 5 bonus tracks. $18. BOBB TRIMBLE—JUPITER TRANSMISSION Legit reissue of Bobb’s finest moments taken from his two coveted early 1980s LPs from Central MA. This material is incredibily tripped out and musically haunting. Bobb’s high vocal range is reminscent of Curt Boettcher and the arrangements are truly transcendental. Out of print, but I just scored 10 more copies. $18. UGLY DUCKLINGS—TOO MUCH TOO SOON 14-track collection of Canada's answer to the Pretty Things. Contains their entire LP plus single tracks. $16. GARY WALKER AND THE RAIN—#1 ALBUM Reissue of ultra rare ’68 Japanese only album by UK quartet. This blows most mod/psych bands away. In the league of SF Sorrow and the Creation!! (Note: can anyone find Erik an original copy?!?) $16.
